It's simple to enter. All you need to do is submit a video telling us why you want free iLASIK from Eye Consultants. Videos can be humorous or serious... creativity is the key. All videos must be submitted by November 6th. The winner will be chosen by Eye Consultants and a panel of celebrity judges, including Dave, Ken and Molly from the ZZU Morning Show. So get out your phone or video camera, shoot your story and get it to us by November 6th. Make us laugh, or make us cry, and we could help you see more clearly with free iLASIK.
